Cookie Policy

1. About this policy
This policy describes cookies, browser storage and external resources used by the BeamPay website. BeamPay Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16903978, at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store anything on your device. We ask for permission before loading Google Analytics. You can decline and still use the website and contact us. Our approach covers cookies and similar technologies under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and applicable national rules implementing the EU ePrivacy Directive. 2. What we store on your device
Cookies are small values sent with requests to a website. Local storage is browser storage that is not automatically sent with requests. We use local storage to remember your privacy choice.

We ask again when your saved choice expires or no longer matches the current consent version. You can clear it using your browser settings. The public website currently has no optional functional cookies. We remove the legacy sidebar:state cookie when you save a choice.
3. Cookieless visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, to count visits and measure site performance. It records page and referrer information, timing measurements and technical information about the browser and device. It does not set cookies, use local storage or create a cross-site tracking identifier, and Cloudflare states that it does not fingerprint visitors.
Because it stores nothing on your device, it runs for all visitors and does not depend on your analytics choice. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website. Google Analytics is described below and requires your permission. We do not enable advertising pixels or advertising personalisation. 4. Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, campaign sources and interactions with the enquiry form. It uses pseudonymous browser and session identifiers. We configure analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_* for a maximum lifetime of 180 days, with automatic lifetime extension disabled.
Event-level data retention is set to 14 months, without resetting retention on new activity. This setting does not limit the lifetime of aggregated reports.
We do not load the Google tag before you allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, company names or message contents to Google Analytics. An enquiry event records server acceptance of the request, not proof that an email reached the inbox.
We use only known page paths and selected campaign codes in analytics URLs. Read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Our Privacy Policy explains the wider personal data framework.
5. Hosting, security and fonts
Cloudflare provides hosting and network security. Security cookies such as cf_clearance or __cf_bm may be used when a relevant challenge or bot-protection feature is active; they are not analytics cookies and are not necessarily set on every visit. Their use and duration depend on the security feature and configuration. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
Font files are hosted on BeamPay's website infrastructure and loaded as part of the page. Font loading is separate from optional website analytics. Our Privacy Policy explains infrastructure providers, the connection information they receive and international transfers.
6. Change or withdraw your choice
Use Cookie Settings in the footer or the button below. Accept All allows Google Analytics; Reject All declines it; Customize lets you choose. Your choice does not change the cookieless visit statistics described in section 3. Refusing does not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
Withdrawing permission disables Google Analytics, removes its first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page to end the active Google tag. Save unfinished form text before changing this setting. The new page does not load Google Analytics without valid permission. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already took place. If your browser prevents us from saving your choice, we apply it until you reload or leave the page and ask again on your next visit.
7. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the website's technologies or purposes change. Material changes to the consent configuration require a new choice. For privacy questions or complaints, email privacy@beampay.tech or use the contact details in our Privacy Policy.
